Fasting of Islam Doesn’t Starve Them

What is Islamic fasting like?

Nobody can live without eating anything.

There are some rules for Islamic fasting.

They are not supposed to eat or drink anything from sunrise to sunset for a month.

However, even within this period, eating and drinking is allowed after sunset.

You can eat vegetables, fruits, eggs, fried foods and various kinds of nutritious foods.

In other words, Islamic fasting means “you do not eat anything just during the day.”

However, there are some things that you should never eat.

Eating pork, squid, crabs, eels, etc. is also prohibited.

Also, even if it is a kind of meat allowed to eat, you can only eat “halal food” that has been treated according to the regulations.
