Canada Day

Canada Day: July 1st

July 1st is Canada Day.

It was established to commemorate the “British North America Acts” enacted in 1867.

By this law, the “Nova Scotia Colony” and “New Brunswick Colony” was added to the Canadian Federation (now Ontario and Quebec), which was a part of the United Kingdom.

As the result, current Canadian Federation was born.
