September 28 is International Day for Universal Access to Information.
It was established in 2015 by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
“Universal access” refers to a condition in which all users can enjoy the Internet comfortably regardless of any factors such as place, age, gender, or disability.
By enhancements of laws, infrastructure, education and equipment in each region, Universal access would be realized.
