International Transgender Day of Visibility: March 31

March 31st is “International Transgender Day of Recognition”.

In 2009, transgender activist Rachel Crandall of Michigan, USA, established this day as a holiday for transgender.

The purpose is to educate people about the problems facing transgender people around the world.
