Mass of Christ

Mass of Christ: December 25th

December 25th is Christmas, which means the mass of Christ.

“Mass” is Latin and refers to the liturgy of bread and wine held in the Catholic Church.

Although it’s popular as an annual event even outside of Christianity, there is a common misconception that Christmas is the birthday of Christ.

However, Christmas is the day to celebrate the birth of Christ, not the birthday itself.
