Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day: November 11th

November 11th is the Remembrance Day.

This day is an anniversary set by King George V of England after the end of the First World War on 1918.

World War I ended with a cease-fire agreement between Germany and the Allies.

Every year on this day, in the Commonwealth of the United Kingdom, an event is held to commemorate the victims of the war.
